In setting out to redesign the cabin, we wanted to utilize authentic, quality materials appropriate for a rustic, but refined country home that will stand the test of time. When looking for inspiration, we were drawn to historic and authentic materials such as stone, hand hewn beams and reclaimed wood, which led us to Southend Reclaimed at the recommendation of our builder, Ray Matthews. Paul graciously hosted me at the Southend Reclaimed Concept Cottage where I was able to visualize and educate myself on all different product offerings. That experience helped tremendously when the time came to select the specific flooring, ceiling, and beam details for the project. The materials Southend Reclaimed offered perfectly complimented our design plan. The use of the reclaimed wood could not have turned out better. It adds originality, interest, quality, and a uniqueness to our home which our family looks forward to enjoying for generations to come. I personally have already returned as a repeat customer, and without a doubt, I will continue to recommend Southend Reclaimed to friends and family.
