Some spaces are built. Others are curated. This one? It’s the kind that grabs your attention before you’ve even crossed the threshold.
This customer built a mancave that feels like your favorite bar and a sports hall of fame shook hands and decided to share the same address. From the warm reclaimed wood flooring that instantly sets the tone, to the impressive bourbon lineup that gives the bar a little extra swagger, this room pulls you in with its cozy-but-commanding charm.
But that’s not all! Sports fans, prepare yourselves.
Hockey. Football. Baseball. NASCAR!
Memorabilia from every angle fills the room, including actual racecar panels that turn an already standout space into something you truly can’t recreate. Stories tucked into every corner, pieces practically inviting you to kick back and linger (perhaps in the vintage barbershop chair).
It’s eclectic in the best way - refined, bold, playful, and deeply personal. And the reclaimed wood brings it all together, grounding the variety with warmth, texture, and a sense of history.
Working with the homeowner to bring his vision to fruition, we selected Original Face Mixed Hardwoods Solid Plank Flooring, Faded Red Barnsiding to clad the bar, Mixed Hardwoods for the shelving and range hood, and a Hand Hewn Box Beam to tie everything together.
"I wanted a rustic/warehouse type look for this space, so it needed finishing touches that would make it pop! Living in Davidson, I drive by the Concept Cottage Design Center frequently. Walking through the different rooms and the one-on-one, personal approach to the design process made me want to work with Southend Reclaimed."
"My experience was exceptional. Perfect timing on supplying the wood to complete the project. All the steps to the process were great, and I would absolutely recommend Southend Reclaimed to others!""

This is the kind of space that stops you mid-sentence. The kind where you don't know where to look because every square foot is better than the last. The kind we’re honored to help bring to life.
